Since swapping from EE I have not been able to get one time passcodes via text. I seem to have exhausted the suggestions on line with parental controls, new network setting request etc. So looking for some additional help...

Hi @Scf76 you will need to call sky on 150 so they can investigate for you.

A few things to try:

Check your phone isn't blocking unknown numbers. Go to Settings > Messages > Unknown & Spam > Filter Unknown Senders > Turn off.

If you use message filters on iPhone, make sure all messages are visible. Go to iMessage > Filters > Change to All Messages.

Turn off any VPNs.

Check the spam folder of your messaging app for these texts.
