I placed an order with sky mobile and they've taken the money but when I go to see my products or look for a confirmation it won't load the page and tells me I can't see it

You didn't say when you placed the order.

After the credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
