I'm trying to make a payment as you've switched my payments from direct debit to invoice and it's not letting me login because apparently I'm not the account holder even though I am and there's no one else

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Where are you seeing this? Sky don't operate payment by invoice. You need a direct debit or continuous card payment set up.

I had a message saying they're changed my payments to invoice and now my bill is overdue and I can't get access to pay it or login to my account or anything absolutely useless

We do need to see this message you have received as this isn't something that Sky would usually do.
