l want to cancel a SIM card l received from Sky do l just contact them or can l do it online in my account?

Hi @Karen-kb sims can only be cancelled by calling sky on 150. If you are outside the 31 day cooling off period but still in the 12 month minimum term then there will be early termination charges.

If you haven't activated it then it will be automatically cancelled after 30 days so you should not be charged for it.
