Yesterday night i was lost my phone with sim card I need to new sim card with my old number also I need proof of use my simcard

Call Sky and request a replacement SIM to be sent to you then.

SIM's do not have numbers on them until you activate them against a dataplan. When you activate the new SIM as a replacement then the old one is disabled and the new one takes over.
