&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you the Sky Mobile account holder and do you still have access to the primary mobile phone number?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
