Sky VIP says not available

I've been a Sky mobile customer since 2021 and previously a Sky Q customer a few years before that. Could access Sky VIP before but recently noticed it wasn't on My Sky mobile section anymore and going to the VIP section says I can't join at the moment. None of the reasons listed apply to me, tried the uninstall/reboot/reinstall with no luck. It says there's an old ID linked to my account but only shows my current (only) email address. AI chat no help, just keeps saying I'm enrolled on the rewards.... Does anyone have any advice to help?

Are you able to view your mobile bill via the MySky app ?

Yes, my mobile bill and piggybank etc are there

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
