I returned my old mobile over 6 months ago and im still getting charged for it, which i think is abit unfair its not my fault you never received it, Please look into this for me

Do you have the tracking to show that is has been returned ?

Even if you haven't as we are customers here you will need to call Sky from a phone that has a Sky sim in in it on 150 about this as the billing for the phone should have stopped by now because even if you still had an amount to pay off against it this should have been added to the next available bill so you will need to call them to find out what had happened.

We can't as we're other customers here.

What did Sky say when you spoke to them last? (As 6 months is a long time to take no action)

If it was lost in the post you have 3 months to claim compensation from Royal Mail.
