I received my bill for next month with a £395 charge on it. &nbsp;I phoned Sky and they said they emailed me on 6/7 telling me they were giving me £39 for my phone. &nbsp;I was horrified, I never received any email and said don't you think I would have rejected that offer had I received it! I am absolutely disgusted with Sky, the money has gone out of my account, I have raised a complaint and expect to hear back from Sky in 72 hours which I have no faith in that happening. &nbsp;Anyone else experienced this?
