topic Account restricted in Sky Mobile

Unable to make calls texts or use data, so means I can't contact sky for help.. can't sign in as I don't receive any code for the 2 step verification.. Was working before but for some reason I don't seem to be about to do anyyornget any help from sky as all I get is I'm not registered to network when I was before so I don't know if it's a esim problem or what

My mobile account has been suspended. My account is up to date, I owe nothing. I cannot make or receive calls not even to 150. Msg sky for help and they tell me to call them 🙄🙄

I have been without phone for over a week now and seriously need this sorted asap, tried pretty much everything

Do you get a message saying you need to make a payment when you call?
