So I've apparently got free roaming due to my 'status' as a platinum customer - thing is we have four phones with sky as a family.....what about the other three???

They are included as well (as long as they are under your account).

Note, it's the waiving of the £2 roaming passport plus charges. (Not complete global roaming - fair usage policy and local calls will be charged etc)

Actually, just realised you said Platinum? It's only Diamond VIP that gets it...

All four sims on your account will get free roaming and the level you have to be at is Diamond.

The free roaming applies to 120 countries only:

Data is still restricted to 25GB per billing period.

Thanks - yes I am diamond - don't know why I put the other.

daughter arrived in France today but didn't get message as expected for free roaming

Some people do report that the text message doesn't always come through but as long as everything is working I would say to keep an eye on your account to make sure no £2 charges are being applied but all thing being well they shouldn't be.
