I've recently upgraded my iPhone - and I should get billed the remaining amount, however when checking the progression of my swap it's still on the first stages even though I've sent my old phone back. It also shows that my next predicted bill shows I'm still paying for my old phone when it should be a lump sum?

Devices returned as part of a swap are taking a number of weeks to be processed, checked for damage and the value confirmed.

Does this effect the next bill then? Cause for septmeber its showing im paying my old one but if its taking awhile will I need to pay that bill still.

Hi @Abigail8 yes you will keep paying for the old phone until it's processed by sky. Any overpayment will be refunded.
