Customer Service Run a round

I'm still fairly new to Sky, so I'm not sure if this is typical, but I've had a really poor experience with the mobile team so far.

A bit of background: I took out a new Pixel 10 with Sky. It's a great phone, but it wouldn't charge properly. Sky replaced it, but after about three months the replacement developed exactly the same fault. I sent it away for repair, and when it came back... it still wasn't fixed.

Since then, I've been calling almost every day trying to get an update or some sort of resolution, but I just seem to get passed from one department to another. At one point I was even transferred to the bereavement team, which made absolutely no sense.

I'm genuinely not someone who complains, and I understand that things can go wrong, but my patience has been stretched to its limit. During one call I spoke to 13 different advisors over four hours, and I still didn't get a solution.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this with Sky Mobile? Is this normal, or have I just been incredibly unlucky?

Absaloutly but just dont get anythign back form them. Its been a nightmare. I get emails saying the complaint is closed etc but never any contact from them.
