Diary and Contacts now longer accessable. Icloud does not allowe password to be updated to possibly correct. Appl does nort connect to iPhone

These appear to be various issues that you need to ask Apple about so do you have an Apple Store near you ?

A mobile phone vendor or cellular network provider cannot do anything about Apple account issues: Apple themselves would quite correctly refuse any such attempt.
