Diamond Sky VIP roaming issue

I am a sky diamond VIP account holder - have gone abroad and assumed the new roaming offer would apply but I can see they are charging both me (account holder) and my son (additional phone on account) the £2 per day roaming charge - do I need to do anything to activate the offer - I have looked and can't find guidance anywhere and assumed it would be automatic?

It's should be automatic for roaming after 20 July.

Hello, There may be some confusion around the roaming offer eligibility and activation. If the offer is meant to apply automatically, it’s worth checking whether both the main account and additional lines are included, as some plans only cover specific numbers.
