I am in Libya and my sim sky is not working

I followed all steps but I can not recieve text and call from UK

That's correct. Libya is not supported as a roaming destination.

Hi @Rowida+Alfrjani Libya isn't on the list of countries that sky mobile can roam in so that will be why your phone won't work. Buy a local sim if you want to use your phone.
