If so it may be worth trying a different cable to see if that makes any difference, if it doesn't then you will have to get the device looked at by either calling Sky to start the repair process or at a local mobile phone repair shop(this option may void any warranty if your phone/device is less than 12 months old).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
