Why is Sky Mobile so bad? I struggle anywhere to get 5G 4G is just bearable but not by much and there was times I was getting 3G other networks do not suffer these issues sky I've got one of the biggest broadcasting concerns but they have to use something like O2 for a mobile signal and O2 never was very good in the first place. Certainly I'm thinking of not renewing my contract with Skye unacceptable in today's world and I bet they don't do anything about it don't even read these forums

Does any relevant information show on this link?

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. As you correctly point out Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
