I have an esim, but it stopped working 6 days ago, meaning I can't use it for calls & texts. I can only use WiFi on it, wifi calling doesn't work. I spoke to sky on live chat 4 days ago, who told me to call to speak to an advisor as I couldn't receive an activation code via text. So I called sky from my husbands phone the next day, who said they couldnt do it & would have to escalate it & I would receive an email. I still hadnt received the email by yesterday, so I called again from my husbands phone again. They said theyd have to send a replacement manual sim. I received the sim this morning, but can't activate it because I can't receive an activation code via text message. I can't call sky because my husband is working all day
