Unable to Activate a new SIM - Red Triangle

Sky have sent two new SIM cards.

I am attempting to activate them but it says 'Please try again later' with red triangles with exclamation marks inside.

I have no call package to ring Sky. They have set up two new Unlimited Data Plans yesterday and I have received an email contract.

I have attempted to use the Sky AI chat with no luck.

Can anyone advise please.

What is happening when you try to activate it ?
