I have recently got a new device and i sebt back my old device to go towards paying some of the contract. What is generally the process which Sky follows as sent old device back 7 days ago now and not heard anything.

This process is apparently taking in the region of 3 weeks to be completed. They have to process the device, check it for damage etc and then determine its valuation.
