I mentioned this on another forum post, but the header was different and it was about multiple topics.

We are not able to get the info for my dads mobile account on my sky. We have a broadband and talk account, and in asknf as my dad has had sky mobile, maybe a decade we have not been able to see his info on there.

We spoke to them last Saturday, and they said they will fix it as it is an error or something, they gave us 72 hours and nothing.

I didn't recieve the bubble, I don't think. I am quite busy so maybe has been more than 48 horus
