Broken iPad sky won't help

purchased a iPad from sky last year. 1 week before the warranty run out the iPad started having issues so we rang sky to tell them and they have promised us for the last three months that they would send a box for repair. They still haven't. We've been promised by managers that they will help us and they haven't. Everytime I ring up they say the same thing that they'll send a repair box but no one is helping me it's been 3 months and I've still not got any further with them. I don't know how to take this further. Any help?

The next logical step is to make a complaint.

Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
