Hi, I am trying to upgrade one of our phones but it says maximum devices reached, there are some phones listed on my device list I haven't owned for years,

They only drop off your account (eventually) if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

Hi @Swanleymatt you are allowed 5 active agreements on your account so if you currently have 5 then that will be why. As advised by @Daniel0210 call sky on 150 for help.
