Every time I try by text or online I get error messages. When I call customer services they can’t generate a PAC either and have said they will escalate to the back office to generate a PAC, but I haven’t heard anything from them. I've tried multiple times to call and I've also raised a complaint but I'm getting nowhere - every time I contact someone we go round in circles while they try and generate a PAC and then say they'll escalate to the back office. Yes I’ve raised a complaint on that form a few days ago - I then had an email to say please sign in to talk to us, and was just sent back to cancellations who are the same team I’ve been speaking to previously and they can’t generate a PAC.
