Emergency calls only help

Like several others I've not had service for 4 days now and have 'emergency calls only'. This is my business SIM so I need access sorting ASAP but Sky are impossible to get in touch with. Could a staff member please start a chat with me so I can get this sorted, otherwise I'll cancel my contract tomorrow.

I have the same issue and haven't been able to speak to anyone. This is my business phone so I need it sorting ASAP. Please could someone private message me too.

If you have a Sky business SIM then you need to contact them. This forum is for the consumer-only SIMs.

That would be against the T's and C's you agreed to. Sky mobile discussed here is for domestic use so if you are using it for your business then you will need to take it out via Sky Business
