topic Number Transfer to ESim Failed in Sky Mobile

Hello,

I ordered a new iPhone with ESim via Sky last month in mid-June, having previously been with EE. I requested a pac code from EE at the time of ordering with Sky and had a phone call with EE to confirm this request. I also had to provide Sky with this code to ensure my number transferred over from EE to Sky.

When the new phone arrived, I set it up as normal.

it is only today when I have realised, upon entering the EU that I received a text from EE - not my new provider Sky - about roaming abroad, which raised alarm bells. My mobile network in the UK at the top right corner of my screen has said Sky when in the UK prior to this, leading me to believe the switch had worked.

Today, I noticed an "activate E-Sim" button in my settings, which I followed out of curiosity and now for some reason I seem to have two numbers: my old number with EE which I requested a transfer for last month, and now a totally different number with Sky!

Having logged onto both accounts, I am still being billed by EE and Sky now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks.
