I have a new iphone 17 from sky. I am trying to use my EE sim card with it. It says no service. Help please.

Have you used any other sim in your new phone or is this EE one the first one you are trying to use in it and if it is then is the EE sim activated ?

I used the EE sim that ive always used in my upgrades. I assume sky phones are unlocked as it worked last time. Thanks

As this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

Has this EE sim been activated, if it has you will have to speak to them about this as you might need a replacement sim to try.
