S26 phone delivery in process

i ordered a s26 on Sunday hoping it will be delivered on monday or Tuesday The offer was device with free airbuds although today I recieved a parcel from dpd and it was just airbuds is it normal? on my app it shows airbuds as delivered but on phone it says coming soon

any idea when they usually dispatch the phone because I have an upcoming flight and then i will plan the things accordingly.

As fellow customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
