During the chat, your colleague advised me that I needed to make a payment of £15 before a replacement SIM could be issued. I made the payment immediately.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also wanted to order a new phone.
