Free samsung smart watch

I recently ordered a new S26 phone that came with a free smart watch which i have to claim separately. When going through the claims process i have to enter an order/invoice number. I never received one in any of the emails and i can't find one anywhere on the my sky app. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as i only have a certain amount of days to claim the watch.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Thank you this link works. It asks for an invoice number and to upload invoice and delivery note, all I have is an email order confirmation no invoice, there was no delivery note just a label to use to send my old phone back.

Update: my claim has been successful. I used my mobile acc no as the invoice number and that seemed to work.

I also claimed some free ear buds, but these came with the phone.

just wanted to ask after how many days you reiceved the phone i ordered it on 11 july got the earbuds but still no sign of phone.
