So I have a iPhone 17 I swapped to the pro max I need help with the return of the other phone also there is no sim in the new phone my data and everything is still on the old phone does that get moved to my new phone or I don't understand how to get data and a sim on my new phone do I have to buy a new one as it's on my old phone

You can use the packaging your new phone came in to the return the other one as there should be a return label on the inside of it somewhere.

The sim you already have can be moved to the new phone.

If you haven't got the packaging then call Sky on 150 who will get something sent to you.
