Hi I need help with a return as I have not received a label but a log in to track? Please can someone advise on what I neee to do now when I select manage accessory for an Apple Pencil it says try again later.

Hi @Maisycb you will need to call sky and ask for them to send the label again, you could also ask if they can email it to you.

It brings up a site as Ingram micro

That is fine as they handle returns for Sky.

Sorry to bother you again, should the label be sent by post with packaging or should it have been sent via email?

Have you actually told Sky you would to return this pencil because if not you need to do this so they can arrange it's return.
