Is anyone else having trouble with sky mobile signal today i cant call anyone and they cant call me

Does your phone show as being connected at the top of the screen and does it show any signal ?

I can't access my internet with this connection out of the house? I have full of data and from and my piggy bank but I can't really access outside the house. Please can you help me with this issue? Much appreciate your support

I'mhvaing the same issue. Can't receive texts or calls . I'm having to do wifi calling. Sim card has no bars whatsoever. I thought it was just me xx have turned the phone on and off and taken the Sim card out many times.

Hi. Same issue. 0 bars. With plenty of data available. Moving about so not got WiFi all the time so this is a big issue for me. Can someone from sky look into this asap.

if your in the south derbyshire area there has been a mast down for upgrade, it was supposed to be back up and running by 8pm on the 8th july, there was some signal on the 8th but it apperares to be down yet again

Please call if you can 150 and ask to speak to a sky agent explain your issues ect and state everything they will then check your area and Device and if its still faulty will give u money off your bill or wave that month off just state you can't use anything and your paying for services you can't use ive had the same issues and they helped me
