Countless People are calling me, saying they had a missed calls from my number, and it's not me.

can this be investigated?

Hi @Kelster01 you haven't been hacked. Scammers have "spoofed" your number, they make calls and use technology to appear like its your number calling. Currently there is nothing you can do, they usually move onto using a different number after a couple of weeks.

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is primarily a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

There's nothing Sky can do either.
