I have trained my plan from 60 GB to 25 GB in £9 but it shows £15 or £14 right now could you please change it to £9 because I spoke to the person who changed it and he said they're gonna be a discount and it will be a £9, but it's still £15 on it

Increasing the data plan happens almost immediately.

Decreasing the data plan which you appear to have done happens at the start of your next billing period.

We can't change anything as you are just talking to other customers here so if you future bills are also wrong you will need to call Sky about this.
