Phone swap not working

I have had an email that I am eligible to swap my phone as I am in the last 12 months of my contract. When I click the link on my sky account, it takes me to the page for a second and then refreshes and says the page is unavailable or not found. Any ideas?

Call Sky on 150 as they should be able to help you with this.

Hi @Ellie302 make sure you are logged into your account then go to the device to swap and see if that works, if not, then as advised by @caesarome , give sky a call for help.
