hiya, my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it was delivered to the wrong door as no body appeared at mines and when i looked it wasn't even in the same town where i live, im now just looking to rearrange delivery

@madison16 You'll need to call Sky about this as if it shows as delivered then you'll be charged for the device, Sky will need to open an investigation into where the phone is.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

If your package has been delivered to the 'wrong door' then it won't be a simple case of rearraning delivery.

You'll need to call Sky to start an investigation.

How can you tell that it wasn't in the same town?

Have you checked your full address including your postcode are correct on your Sky account?
