Rang up over a month ago to complain about my bills as I cancelled my sim deal back in march 2026 I rang up, you still kept billing me even though I have a new SIM card and new number so I've been paying 2 sims of for last 3 months. Your colleague said they would go back into recorded calls to listen to what I said. Not heard anything back my bills over £20 and I'm not paying that nor when my phone contract is £19

I cancelled the sim deal months ago I should be getting a refund

You need to contact Sky again. Withholding payment won't resolve it.

I have now sorted and they have credited what they owe me and I will now pay the remaining balance off.
