My dads contract is coming up….

We're having an issue getting my dads account details. It says the mobile account is linked on the app but we've never been able to see his details.

we know his contract is coming up and we want to know what his options are, maybe he has something in his piggybank. It's so weird Sky don't have a dedicated mobile section on the app, maybe they do but we've never seen it.

He will have to call Sky about the linking issue in the hope someone can help him.

Well my Dad is elderly and we are caring for my sick mother, so its all going to be too much for him. What is confusing is when we enter the account details he uses to pay for the phone and broadband, it says the account is already linked, which it isn't. My Dad says he uses the same card to pay for both.

I have tried to ammend the details online so I can be added to the account to make changes, but its very complicated the way every thing is set out.

I personally don't want to have to get on the phone again to an overseas call centre based on my previous experience

We spoke to someone on Saturday and they were amazing and we managed to get my Dad a deal with 30% off. Then I got put through to the app team, who told me that there is an error somewhere which means I am not able to access my Dads mobile details on the app or online, and it should be fixed in 72 hours. I was given a reference code. As of today nothing has been fixed. And about trying to get my name on the account for talk and broadband (at least) it doesn't seem possible, they would still need to speak to my father to make any changes. So I dunno what to do now. We want to see his piggybank amount and if it entitles him to something. Like a new phone, but we was told it would only take money off a plan with a phone per month, and since he just signed a new contract, I am not sure we can deal with the hassle. But if we can get his mobile account details linked, we might be able to get him something to replace his Poco F3 Pro
