<title>topic Poor signal in Sky Mobile</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Mobile/Poor-signal/m-p/5302646#M295399</link>
<description>I have very poor or no signal in or around my house. However my wife's phone using Tesco mobile works perfectly fine. Sky and Tesco use the O2 network. I have asked Sky to run checks and they report no problems with the network. My wife's phone is a cheap pay as you go. Mine is a Samsung A34 5g. When I try making a call from home it says ' not registered on a network". Any advise please</description>
