Mobile phone i didnt order

I had a notification to say DPD were due to deliver my new phone. I checked my account but there were no orders.

Fast forward a few days and i have just received an iPhone 16e. I have just checked my account again and it has suddenly appeared.

How can I return the phone and ca cancel any payment plan set up?

Have a read of this and contact Sky as soon as possible as someone might have had access to your account either via a fake phone call or email:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

it was a scam call so to be on the safe side I would change your online password:

First of all there's a good chance your account has been compromised.

Read this carefully: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

Contact Sky and ensure you return the device to the official address only. If anyone contacts you out of the blue to pick up the device should set alarm bells ringing.

Note that the criminals may commission a pick-up by an otherwise legitimate courier company (or even Royal Mail) so don't hand the item over on the doorstep to anyone.
