&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added monthly and then Sky will involve a debt recovery company which will affect your credit rating.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got to be the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement sim due to losing my phone abroad. I've tried cancelling that same number and each person puts me on hold and then ends the call. I have spoke to over 14 different advisors and not one person can help me. I'm going to stop all direct debits and let's see what happens then&lt;/P&gt;</description>
