&lt;P&gt;If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've just bought a new phone and moved to sky from Tesco, I've kept my number and had the message to say my number has transferred across, but I can't send texts or revive calls, I can only use WhatsApp and iMessage which is data based and in my settings it's the wrong number and won't let me change it, can anyone help? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
