Activating an eSIM in my iPad for data

I want to activate the eSIM in my iPad. I think I need a number or a QR code from Sky but speaking to a.n individual is a

virtual impossibility.
over the last few weeks I have rolled 7 GB of data from my piggy back to my iPad eSIM none of which is showing on my account,

now I'm told that data is not

possible.
Has any one got any ideas please. Anything would be gratefully received.

Thank you for going to the trouble of letting me know how to activate my eSIM. My problem now is getting a QR code or number. I have had the iPad for two years and never needed to use it unless inside with WiFi. If the number/code arrived when I first had the iPad the email is long gone now so can anyone tell me if I can still get a code please
