Why can’t I get a network connection?

I have got a Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max and I can't get a network connection or a Wi-Fi connection. I can receive and send emails but when I try to open an app, I am told that I have no Internet connection. I don't know what is causing the problem, but I need to talk to somebody to sort it out please please

Have you tried a restart of your phone ?

also try this Try this

Go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset IPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. You will need to set up your WiFi connection again.

thanks for your support in helping me to try and sort out my problem with no network connection. I intend to try what you've suggested this afternoon now that I have finished all my work.
