Unable to activate Roaming Passport Plus

I'm in the US at the moment watching the World Cup matches and got an email from Sky this morning to say they're unable to activate the Roaming Passport Plus as I have exceeded the spend limit on my account. Can't seem to see how to change the spend limit. The only other suggestion is that I make a payment, but when I make a payment there's nothing outstanding on the bill. Just wondered how I can resolve this issue quickly, as I need access to my mobile for work.

Remember that calls to local numbers are charged extra at international rates and there is now a limit on data use of 25GB per billing period, after which Sky can charge you an extra £2.50 per GB or even suspend your useage duel to overuse.
