Unlike Broadband and Sky Talk there is no automatic compensation.

Once the issue has been fixed contact Sky to request a credit be placed on your account but they aren't obliged to.

Phone service has been out for incoming and outgoing calls for over 4 days now, ive tried countless times to engage with sky online as I can't speak to anyone on the phone. Does anybody know how long a service has to be down for before you can claim for loss of service

Bear in mind @Higgsy2 if your sim plan is £10 per month then 4 days loss of service equates to about £1.20. So any compensation, if they give you any, will not be much.
