Just an additional point - not sure if I accidentally set up eSIM before putting the plastic SIM into phone...would that cause an issue if I have?

Thanks

New SIM Issues

I've got my new phone (iPhone 17 pro max) and SIM on Monday. Put physical sim into phone sent off for PAC code (switching from VOXI). Received text confirming PaC had been requested. Also got a text from VOXI to say I now had more than one number or device on my account.

Wednesday I get a text from Sky telling me my old VOXI number is now my new Sky number.

Now Friday and I still have no signal, still can't make calls etc unless I'm on WiFi. Spoke to agent who told me everything had switched over ok and issue is with VOXI. Spoke to VOXI agent who said they have no account for my number and can't help. I go onto Settings > Mobile service > SIMs > Primary and all the APN etc still says Vodafone. Got the sky APN details and put them in - still no change. I have also reset my network settings, restarted the phone. I'm now at a loss for what to do next and feel that no one from Sky is able to help. Any ideas or should I just ask for a new SIM and loose my old number? Also, why do I have a travel number in my mobile service, I have no idea what this is. Any help appreciated
