I have just switched to sky, so have a new phone and watch.

why can't I use the photo watch face on my watch? It keeps saying upgrade next to it.

when I do it says not available right now please try again later.

on my old watch with EE it had 500 photos on the watch face and it changed it whenever I moved my wrist.

does the new watch not do this?
had so many issues so far since transferring it's driving me mad 🫣

It is the series 11 watch I'm using.

Hi @Nicholajane i am using an Apple Watch series 9 and the photo face option is there for me in my Apple Watch app on my iPhone.

open watch App in iphone, tap on face gallery and tap on photos, then tap on the watch icon and choose photos.

There is an option to sync up to 100 photos in the settings menu then photos.

I have seen that I can choose so many photos,.

On my old watch I didn't have to choose any photos, it just randomly picked them every time I moved my wrist.

Im having to phone sky today about other issues I've got with my phone, so will ask them about my watch too.
